You can also text your Coach 24/7 once you subscribe. We will respond to you at least once within your day. You can share any updates, a-ha moments, frustrations, wins, questions, or whatever you choose! Our Coaching site (Paperbell) also allows you to send files securely. So no matter what, we will remain connected.
