I signed up for a package – what happens next? How do I begin?

Our coaching portal is powered by Paperbell. Please access your Client’s Guide to learn more information about your account. You can make necessary changes and updates within the secured portal. You are done for now. It is our turn! Please check your email after signing up. You will receive instructions including the next steps, our phone number for texts, the contract, and any additional information needed to begin

How will I be charged each month for my package?

This is an auto debit through Stripe (managed via the Paperbell portal). Your monthly subscription runs for a calendar month from the date on which it was purchased. (For example: if you first book on the 10th of July, you get 2 appointments to use up by the next billing date, the 10th of August.)

Can I simply book a single session?

This is a subscription-service-only site. In order for you to experience the results promised on the site and by those fellow coachees who will share with you how their life has drastically improved for the better… we need you for more than a single session! This is your first commitment during this process (there will be many more throughout) and we promise it is worth it!

Can I just text to connect with my coach?

After at least one month of video + text coaching, you can email us to downgrade to a “text only” package (not advertised). This is on a case-by-case basis. If it can work, we will make it work! If this package is approved you will receive the pricing and cadence for how this will work. Please be patient with us as this is not one of our flagship packages.

Can I continue to text after I am no longer subscribed?

Sadly, no. This is a package feature.

Do I have to have Zoom in order to participate?

Yes, please. We use Zoom for our video calls. You can keep your camera off at any time if you choose to. If this is an issue, please email coach@nzinghaso.co.

What do you all consider a month?

Within 30 days of your payment date.

How often should I expect to receive a text response?

You will receive a text response at least once within the day. Feel free to send us TL;DR texts, short-hand texts, and anything in between! Did we mention we can also receive pictures? If you want to show us a photo of that canal in Europe that you mentioned in your session, send it on (or whatever else relates to the conversation)! As soon as we have a moment, we will respond (at least once).

What happens if I don’t use all of my video calls within my month?

We know…we know. Life happens. If you are traveling or your schedule starts to grow beyond your control, we are here! Due to logistics and the size of our admin, we are not able to keep up with rollover video calls administratively. When you are ending a session with your Coach or during one of your text sessions make sure you mention it and we are confident you all can work out the scheduling. For the most part, please try and use your sessions within your month. Nice and easy! This can happen once if you and the coach are able to coordinate, but for the most part, we are not able to manage rollover video calls.

How can I change my package?

Can I pause my subscription at any time?

Yes! You will have to cancel and then subscribe again. We would hate for that to happen, but we understand life happens.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course. As sad as that would be for us. Simply log in to Paperbell and you can find everything you need. We would prefer you email us at coach@nzinghaso.co first. If you choose to do this, please put in the Subject Line: Cancel My Package and share with us your reason so we can be prepared to best serve you when you return. Once you cancel you will no longer be able to book a session, so please cancel after your allotted sessions within the month.

Am I able to receive a refund?

This may not be the news you were looking for, but we believe in being 100% transparent with our customers. If you already paid for a month, you can definitely cancel before the next month (although we will be sad to see you go). We plan our calendar a month in advance so we are not able to issue a refund. We will help you cancel within 7 - 10 days before your next month!
