How did you get started in this work?
I have been doing this work for over two decades. It began with education and community building, then expanded into global strategy, cultural advising, coaching, and transformational retreats. Every chapter has been about helping people design lives, work, and communities that feel as good as they are imagined.

What inspires you to do what you do?
I believe alignment changes everything. When people are living and working from a place of truth, they have the energy, creativity, and clarity to create lasting impact. I am inspired by watching that transformation happen in real time. I also draw deep inspiration from observing nature and from my yoga practice, both of which remind me of balance, resilience, and the power of presence.

I work with visionary leaders and organizations that are ready to create meaningful change. My clients are committed to lasting impact and true transformation, moving beyond constant striving toward sustainable, purposeful success. I also partner with individuals through my leadership and transformational coaching, guiding them to align their lives and work with their deepest vision.

At the highest level I design strategies and experiences that spark transformation for leaders and organizations. My work includes strategic consulting, immersive retreats, and group programs that shape lasting impact. I also extend this work through private coaching, supporting individuals and even youth who are ready to align their lives with their full potential.
